ICICI Bank Limited, a banking company within the meaning go the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 and registered and incorporated as a company under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 and existing under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at ICICI Bank Towers, Near Chakli Circle, Old Padra Road, Vadodara-390007, Gujarat, India (“ICICI Bank”), owns, manages and operates this ICICI BM on Move App (“Application”), you as the user (“Branch Manager” or “Branch Deputy Manager”), hereby expressly undertake, agree and consent for and to the collection,  use and disclosure of your personal information to ICICI Bank in accordance with this Privacy Policy (“Policy”).


In the course of using the Application, ICICI Bank and its affiliates may become privy to the personal information of Users, including information that is of a confidential nature.


For the purpose(s) of this Policy, the Users of the Application may be employees, or any other persons specifically recognised as a User by ICICI Bank from time to time (“User” or “You” or “Your”).


This Policy is meant to help You understand what information we collect from You, the purposes of collecting it, and the storage of such information when using the Application.


If You do not agree to this Policy or any part thereof, please do not use or access the Application or any part thereof.

ICICI Bank is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its Users on the Application and while it has taken all necessary and reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the User information and its transmission through the use of the Application, it shall not be held liable for disclosure of the confidential information when in accordance with this Policy or in terms of the agreements, if any, executed by and between ICICI Bank and the Users o the Application.

ICICI Bank uses 128-bit encryption https://, which is currently the permitted level of encryption in India, for the transmission of User registration and information. When the information provided by User is not transmitted through this encryption, the User’s computer system (if configured accordingly) will display an appropriate message.

ICICI Bank undertakes not to disclose the information provided by Users while using the Application, to any person, unless such action is necessary to:

-Conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process;
-Protect and defend ICICI Bank or its affiliates' rights, interests or property/ assets;
-Act to protect the interests of ICICI Bank, its affiliates, or its members, constituents or of other persons.

-As required by relevant ICICI Bank’s applicable policy and procedures.


ICICI Bank collects following information in the Application from a User:

        Reporting daily business sourced by branch

        BM Customer Wish List & Catchment Who’s Who

        Quiz, Poll & Feedback, etc.

        DBM Daily Mandatory checklist confirmation.

Note: The above list is only indicative (and not exhaustive) and is liable to change or be amended rom time to time by ICICI Bank. Any such changes shall be reflected in this Policy within a suitable time period or otherwise notified to the User. 


When a User installs the Application, such User logs in through Active Directory authentication.
However, the Internet is an open system and ICICI Bank cannot, and does not, guarantee that the personal information which the User furnishes will not be intercepted or accessed by others and/ or decrypted. ICICI Bank, its affiliates and partners, and their respective directors, agents and representatives shall not be liable or responsible should any confidential or other information provided by or pertaining to the User be intercepted and subsequently used by an unintended recipient.

ICICI Bank will limit the collection and use of User information only on a need-to-know basis to deliver a high level of service to the Users. ICICI Bank may use and share the information provided by the Users with its affiliates and third parties for providing services and any service-related activities such as collecting subscription fees for such services, and notifying or contacting Users regarding any problem with, or the expiration of, such services. In this regard, it may be necessary to disclose the User information to one or more agents and contractors of ICICI Bank and their sub-contractors, but such agents, contractors, and sub-contractors will be required to agree to use the information obtained from ICICI Bank only for these purposes.

Users authorise ICICI Bank to exchange, share, part with all information related to the details and Application usage history of the User to ICICI Bank’s affiliates / banks / financial institutions / credit bureaus / agencies/participation in any telecommunication or electronic clearing network as may be required by law, customary practice, credit reporting, statistical analysis and credit scoring, verification or risk management and shall not hold ICICI Bank liable for use or disclosure of such information.

While ICICI Bank has no obligation to monitor the functioning of this Application, Users acknowledge and agree that ICICI Bank has the right to monitor the functioning of this Application electronically or otherwise from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary or appropriate to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the Application properly or to protect itself, its affiliates and partners, and its and their respective directors, Users, agents and representatives.

The records of access, instructions, transactions and other activities maintained or caused to be maintained by ICICI Bank through its or a third party's computer systems or on tape or other recording or storage device or otherwise shall be admissible in evidence, shall not be challenged by the User and shall be accepted as genuine, accurate, conclusive and binding for all purposes including the recording of the time thereof.

In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and ICICI Group Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and Corporate Communications policy, the latter shall prevail.


By using the Application or by providing Your information, You consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on the Application in accordance with this Policy, including but not limited to your consent for collecting, using, sharing and disclosing your information as per this Policy.
